We are one of the very few law companies willing to take on fixed price work. Yes, we do work with a retainer, but it will be a small one. Our fees range between 900 AED to 1.840 AED per hour, depending on the type of work. These prices are including 5% VAT which will be specified separately on your invoice. You will be informed on a weekly basis, and you will be invoiced on a weekly basis. You will be, and you will feel being in control.
We are very open to Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFA) since we think hourly payment is only useful in the beginning of our relationship and is not in your long term interest. Please do acccept that we rarely start with an AFA, and do accept that strive to work with an AFA as soon as we have gotten to know each other a bit better.
You can pay us in 4 different major currencies. However, only payments in Dirhams (AED) are tax free. For the other currencies, USD EUR and GPB we have to make separate arrangements.
